These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement governing your download, installation, purchase, access to, and use of TT Prompter, including the mobile application, related features, support services, websites, updates, and content made available by Dongguan Aibeike AI Co., Ltd. (collectively, the "Service").

In these Terms, "Aibeike," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dongguan Aibeike AI Co., Ltd., and "you" refers to the person or organization using the Service.

By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Relationship to Apple Terms and Our Privacy Policy

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use TT Prompter.

Because TT Prompter is distributed through the App Store, your license to the application is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Usage Rules. The Apple Standard EULA governs the software license, while these Terms supplement it with rules specific to TT Prompter, including subscriptions, trials, Your Content, acceptable use, and support. If these Terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms regarding App Store distribution or the software license, Apple's applicable terms control to the extent of that conflict. Mandatory consumer law also continues to apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, "you" includes the organization.
